1. General Terms

1.1. Eligibility: Sellers must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the items they submit. Items must be free from liens or claims.
1.2. Prohibited Items: Counterfeit or replica items are strictly forbidden. Any seller submitting such items will be blacklisted, and law enforcement will be informed if appropriate. Fake goods will be confiscated and destroyed.
1.3. Condition Standards: All items will be inspected and assigned a condition grade based on our quality standards. Items not meeting these standards will be returned to the seller at their expense.
1.4. Authentication: Nine Lives Apparel guarantees the authenticity of items sold. Sellers must provide accurate and honest details about their items during submission.

2. Consignments

2.1. Commission Rate: For all consignment sales, Nine Lives Apparel retains 50% of the final sale price as commission.
2.2. Pricing: Nine Lives Apparel determines the listing price based on market value, demand, and item condition.
2.3. Payment: Sellers will receive their share of the sale price (50%) within 14 days after the item is sold. Payments will be made via bank transfer.
2.4. Duration: Items will remain listed for a maximum of 30 days. If unsold after this period, the seller will have the option to:

• Collect their item(s) at their expense.

• Approve a price reduction for extended listing.

2.5. Unsold Items: If the seller does not respond within 14 days, unsold items may be forfeited, donated, or disposed of.

3. Direct Purchases

3.1. Offer Process: Sellers can submit items for direct purchase consideration. Offers are based on the item’s market value, demand, and condition.
3.2. Final Sale: Once an offer is accepted, the sale is final, and ownership of the item transfers to Nine Lives Apparel.
3.3. Payment: Payment for direct purchases will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item(s). Payments will be made via [Insert Payment Methods].
3.4. Inspection and Rejection: If an item fails to meet our quality or authenticity standards during inspection, it will be returned to the seller at their expense.

4. Seller Responsibilities

4.2. Shipping: Sellers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items to Nine Lives Apparel. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding consignments, direct purchases, or item assessments, Nine Lives Apparel reserves the right to make final decisions in compliance with Finnish law.
